Legal meds.com said they had cancelled my account and my credit card would be refunded in the full amount. I gave it two months, and my credit card was still being charged.By this time, it was for four months at $29.95. I was told after the second charge, by email, that my account had been cancelled. Well in fact it had not been cancelled and they ended up charging my credit card four times by the time I finally got them to cancelle my account.
They emailed my again stated the same thing, "your account has been cancelled and you will recieve a full refund". This all began in Jan, and it is now May. I can no longer reach, legal meds online, and Pangea processing is telling me to contact a company by the name Global Marketing to obtain my refund.
I have called every day, two to three times at day, and left message after message, and no one will call me back. Pangea was willing to take my money, but now they don't know how to help me get it back. I have tried everything, I don't know what else to do. I have saved the emails with their promises and no refund.
