I purchased a CD from this seller on ebay and it didn't work. I left her neutral feedback and she in turn left me negative. We had some emails going and I finally got frustrated and said to her that she seemed like the type of person that someone literally had to kiss her a#hole to score points. I was very upset at that time to even say that.
In the meantime, I find out on the internet that this program is royally free to download with no time limit or any other restrictions. To me it's a ripoff if she's selling these when you can get them for free. I've reported her to ebay but they don't care, all they care about is making money. It's supposedly against their rules.

Very uncalled for. Now ebay is saying that if I don't remove her name, which I did, I'm only using her ebay name here which is legal according to ebay... That they are going to suspend my account. I have emailed ripoff to remove my former complaint to remove her name and only use her ebay name. So I'm resubmitting this with the appropriate name that can be used according to ebay.
This woman threatens people, downgrades them, swears at them and I won't even put a copy and paste of an email she sent to another buyer. If you think the above was bad, this one beats that.
