Charged my credit card-didn't send merchandise!

EMERGENTS sells CITY UNIVERSITY NEW YORK BOOKLETS TO PREPARE YOU TO TAKE THE CUNY PLACEMENT TEXTS FOR FRESHMAN and I ordered online on 3/3/05 and I was told I would received in two weeks and I am still waiting. I called my credit card and asked them to cancell it and they did it so I recovered my $24.00
