Los Andes Ltd AKA USARxpress.com Took money from my credit card and then did not send order, now they don't seem to exist

I ordered some tablets from this company who previously have been reliable and they took my money through Jupiter Marketing Ltd.

The tablets didn't arrive and they now seem to have dissapered from the Internet.
