I purchased a computer from them for 500.00 and I was ripped off. It is an IBM and it was equipt with Windows XP. Since this was my first computer and I don't know anything about them I told this man he agreed to help.
My computer got a lot of adware and spam so my mom tried to restore to an earlier date and doing so I lost all my memory. Since the man who sold it to me refused to help without 200.00 for the software to rerun my windows xp. My mom ran windows me so I could get on internet.
Now I am stuck at 16 colors. So I try to get help to discover that he is required to give me Windows XP cd. There is only one cd per computer unless you are illegally runing same cd on other computers.
I feel he ripped me off. He never even gave me restore cds or any other software. I am also supposed to have a warranty. He keeps giving me run around. I tried to ask to take it back he said I will not get same amount back for trade. I just wished my mother would have been with me. Please don't let them rip you off.
