Ripoff, did not send product, will not reply to email

We ordered a dress from this company in September. After the payment was made with a credit card, we never received the product. After a month, an email was sent to them requesting information about the order. After a few emails were ignored by the company, our email address was blocked. Being stationed overseas, we can not call them.
