Horrible Customer Service RUDE RipOff

I ordered a $400 product from company and was told it would ship same day, but 3 days later I still didn't have it. I requested tracking information, but got no response. 2 days later I requested information again, still no reply. Finally, I sent the following email:

I have requested some tracking information on this purchase. If the order was shipped when I was told it would be shipped, it should have been here 2 days ago. If I do not get some tracking information by noon today I will stop payment and cancel this order. Customer service is an important issue to me.

I followed this up with a phone call requesting information again and was told the product shipped via FedEx, NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. What kind of company ships something of value with no signature required?

Here is the response I got from the company:

The unit was delivered yesterday. So all of this rude DEMANDING email about poor customer service was just a waste!!! Please do not order from us again we will not process it, your log in account will be deleted also! Next time maybe you should pick up the phone and call and check?

I was stunned! Not only did I not get my unit, but the owner of the company treated me like crap!!!
