Now I wait to receive my favorite movie of all time. And I wait some more, and more. Finally on 3/20 I send an email to onecentoutlet and ask if they have any shipment information. I get a response.

Due to you have not shipped can you just refund and I will still leave positive if so.
And they responded
No, the item has already been packaged and is sitting in our warehouse, ready to be shipped. I have no way of removing the item that has been packaged so that it won't get shipped. Most likely, I would refund your money, and your item would still be shipped.
Remember what this reply from them says it comes back in a minute.
Well I can accept that answer but it has been almost a month since I purchased and you still have not shipped it. This does not seem very good to me. I do wish you could do something more.

We had no idea it would take this much time and effort to raise a baby, and get our work done. 3/28/05 MONDAY has the item shipped? Will I get my refund since you still have yet to ship? I have asked this and I am not getting the response from you. If I do not receive a response I WILL be filing a complaint with paypal and eBay.

Ahh yes remember packed and ready to be sent now paypal is losing my address. Hmmmmm this is 3/28 if they did not have my address why not contact me earlier or maybe when I asked earlier for shipping info ask then.
So you still have not sent I want my money back. Or I will be filing a complaint today.
Your item has not been sent because you never gave us an address. File the complaint if you must, but I can't send an item without an address to send it to.
Again PAYPAL CONFIRMED ADDRESS no one else has ever had paypal delete my address.
You sent me an email and said it was all packaged and ready to ship after 30 some days you tell me I did not give you your address. My address is on paypal and I will be filing a complaint since you refuse to refund this is the last warning.
It is packaged and ready to go. And still, do you not realize? There is no address for you in our system, so I cannot send you your package without the address
LOOK IT UP IN PAYPAL but NOOOOO to hard up for cash maybe. It is not the money I could give a crap less about the money, it is the principle of the matter now in earlier email stated will do anything to make it right. Guess not I asked for refund you said NO your web page states that you give Our Guarantee
