I signed up for a membership through thesurveyzone in which I was promised $10-$85 per survey. I recieved a username, front and a password door and was never able to log into anything. None of the surveys were sent to me. Those that were, were just free. The website said there was a 30 day money-back guarantee.
I was very dis-satisfied with the company so I tried to contact via email and never received a response. I tried to reach them via live and it didn't work. There is no phone number or address so that I can contact the company.
I am very upset because I don't know how to get my $19.95 back which I paid with my debit card. I was SCAMMED and am very upset. I am even more upset because they have my back account information.
