Business Technologies, Jeff Tysinger dishonest employment practices deceptive unfair aggressive fraudulent Greenville

These are things that were witnessed of Jeff Tysinger at Entre Computer Center aka B and B Computer Sales aka Entre Business Technologies in Spartanburg, SC. Entrespa.com

Several points of interest:

1) Falsified billing
2) Unethical Consulting practices
3) Illegal Sales practices
4) Sexual harassment
5) Illegal Salary/Compensation practices
6) Unfair Termination practices
7) Stalking After Termination

(Jeff Tysinger) It appeared that billing hours are rounded up and time is added to billing for travel times that are not actual travel times. As a result, it appeared that clients receive inflated bills not representative of time actually spent on their problems.

(Jeff Tysinger) On several occassions, it appeared that Manager/Owner of the business will condemn employees & salespersons for providing actual valuable advice to clients if it conflicts with the sales of a more expensive option. The clients are actually paying labor hourly rates for consulting & advice from the engineers, technicians and consultants. It appears that this represents a very real conflict of interest and is not what the clients are paying for and is furthermore not in the client's best interest.

(Jeff Tysinger) It appeared that contracts had been signed with clients to guarantee certain percentage markups, etc. On sales items. It appeared that these contracts are completely ignored, and items are marked up whatever markup they can get away with without getting complaints from the client.

(Jeff Tysinger) It was witnessed that the Manager of the business had a habit of making lewd homosexual comments and advances to same sex employees of the business. It appeared that even upon requests for these to stop and statements of discomfort with the situation, the actions continued. On several occasions, unwanted physical contact occurred, even while these verbal harassments were occurring.

(Jeff Tysinger) It appeared that the Manager of the business made changes to salary and compensation without telling employees until after the fact. Salary and compensation that had been previously agreed to was not paid. Additionally, he would not pay hourly wages, and would only pay salaried but would still penalize employees salary due to being out, lack of work, etc. However, would not pay employees any more in weeks where hours worked were in excess of 40 hours. Additionally, continually withheld agreed upon commission payments on his on decision, with no regards to guarantees offered in employment agreement. Also withheld reimbursement for agreed upon business expenses paid by employees.

(Jeff Tysinger) It also appeared that he terminated several employees without due cause. Terminated one employee of 10 years because he thought that he was ugly, and proudly told other employees that it was his company and he could do what he wanted to. Terminated another employee because the same sex employee would not respond to his sexual advances.

(Jeff Tysinger) In case of termination, manager did everything he could to attempt to interrupt the employee's access to unemployment insurance payments. When no valid reason for denying unemployment payments was available, he would make up reasons for filing appeals, or would send in false filings stating that the ex-employee was working, etc. Additionally, manager withheld personal property of employee while not returning phone calls or emails to arrange pickup/delivery. Manager was known to ride through ex-employee's neighborhood (10 miles away in neighboring town) and slow down in front of house as a scare tactic. Additionally, intimidating emails and blocked phone calls appearing to be from the manager were received.in person physical intimidation, verbal assaults, and threats were also received.

I cannot vouch for whether these items were his intention or whether he was truly aware that his actions were unethical and/or illegal. I only pray for his soul and hope that some day before he dies, he can escape the clutches of hell. Additionally, I do not know that the problem is with the business itself, or whether 99% of the problem rests in the hands of this one very poor manager.
