I've been dealing with Blue Hippo Funding for quite some time now. I responded to the add and they started debiting my account more than they were supposed to. When I called them to cancel the order (I hadn;t signed anything yet, no paperwork whatsoever), they offered me a free upgrade. After a discussion, I agreed to the upgrade. A few months later, I hadn't received my computer. They told me I had to make continuous payments for three months (even though they had the money and they debited on days when I told them not to).
So, I essentially had to start my three months over. I asked to cancel my order again. They refused and said I signed a paper saying that I could not get a refund. I asked them to provide me with that proof and I did all the necessary things they requested to see proof of that (send a fax authorizing them to send that information), I never received it. I called several times, they said they didn't get it. I sent the fax several other times. They still claim they haven't received it. They refuse to give me a refund of over $500 and will not show me where I allegedly signed that it was okay for them to keep my money. They also will not let me cancel the order.
