I originally went on-line with Pangea Processing on Jan. 11. I believed that from their wording that I was paying $29.95 for medications. There was no indication until after it was to late and they got my money, that the $29.95 was only a registration fee and that, it would enable me to now purchase medications.

I immediately realized my mistake and applied for an immediate refund. I sent an email and they replied on Jan. 13, that my refund was approved and that it would be forethecoming withing 5-12 business days. This money came out of my checking account via my debit card. I have yet to receive that refund.

I made multiple phone calls to them (even spoke 3 times to a supervisor named Mark), all to no avail. I have sent and saved many, many emails. I have received no less than (5) emails from them, with each stating that my refund has been processed and that it would be received by me in 5-12 business days. The people on the phone won't even tell you the corporate address or the name and phone number of the CEO, etc. It is now over (2) months and I am at my wits end as to what else I can do to get my refund. I am disabled, and that money means a lot to me.

I have saved all my correspondences with them including all the names of all the people that have responded to me. Please help me if you can. This company should not be allowed to do business!
