Purchased advertising in Nov. 2003. I only had purchases from personal friends whom I had told of my website. Not one time did I ever recieve an order through the so called advertising. I also was not paid a commission when a friend ordered through my website. When I contacted myhomepharmacy requesting my commission be paid to me, they responded it was not their responsibility. For one entire year I complained of consistent problems with the website. Never was it solved. Rarely were my calls returned and when they were they would always just say we will have somebody call you call back with a resolution. It never happened. I was never able to access the control panel and manipulate my own advertising. My password and username never worked. After so much frustration, I finally made one more call and spoke to a James Macry, QM Dept. (that is a joke).. He refused to refund any of my money. He proceeded to practically call me a liar. I was so upset that I hung up the phone. He actually called me back and threatened me, he said that he had recorded our conversation and we would use it against me. I just hung up I proceeded to contact the FTC and filed a report against this fraudulent company.
We need more people to file reports of there rip off experience with Myhomepharmacy. I am still out all my money
