This is the letter Guaranteed Advertising sent to me after making several calls to my credit card company and to the B.B.B. On the matter of not providing any type of advertising for me that I had paid for. (scam, scam, scam). So after see this letter (below) I contacted the Law Offices of Nancy D. Petersen P.L.C. To have a demand letter sent to them for the rest of my money. $995.00 that was for a website, (a mock website that is use by all, not one of a kind. One that the company uses for all persons that sign up for their SCAM business opportunity. They did not custum build or develope a web site for me. If in fact they did design one for me I would have control of the web site and have a control panel that I could access to change and add htlm codes too, and the software to go with this website. Keep in mind, a respectable company that is promote an honest business opportunity on the internet would refund the money back if you we're dissatisfied with the services provided with no questions if you requested a refund of your money within a 30 day period. That I did. Within two weeks I saw I was being scammed and I requested my money be refunded. So far they HAVE NOT RESPONDED to the demand letter my attorney has sent to them.
LETTER:
This is in regards to a complaint filed on June 25 by Mr. Larry Reisbig. Mr. Reisbig purchased an e-commerce store on February 02 from Guaranteed Advertising with additional advertising to drive clients to his website.
Our company sells and develops systems management software and clients come to us to purchase the custom developed online e-commerce stores. Mr. Reisbig received his e-commerce store along with the additional advertising he purchased at the time of sale.
Mr. Larry Reisbig is still upset because he has not been issued a full refund. Guaranteed Advertising does not issue refunds on software. No one is allowed to return Windows to Office Max, because you can copy it. Same with the website, once it is built with your name on it, there is nothing to prevent the client from making a thousand copies.
