After seeing no activity from the advertising campaign and not being able to find my web page on any of the search engines and having problems when I'd call to get questions answered (they would be busy with someone else or if I would leave a message they would never call back) I cancel payments.
I was seeing no proof of any advertising being done, and I do not invest in air. At one of the times that I was able to talk to the manager, he told me that I didn't have to or see how the advertising was working, that that was their job. I need to see how things work, I need proof, not from their invoices that THEY have made out. I just don't give somebody that type of moneys and put that type of faith in someone, just to be keep in the dark.
One of my question was why couldn't I find my web page on and of the search engines that they were to have registered, I also what proof of this from the search engines not for an invoice that this company has charge me for. They also told me that with this package I could also change my domain name to what ever name I'd like (bestmeds4less.com), which they did. I've also got a personal web page and if I go to a search engine and type that domain name in it comes up, but the domain name bestmeds4less.com has no listings found.
The one that they gave me is no were to be find on any search engine, and why my control panels that tells me when someone clicks on or makes a purchase form my web page was not showing any active, but staying the same from day one. The advertising control panel show 14 clicks, but my affiliates control panels don't show any activity.
It looks to me like their guaranteed advertising wasn't doing any good. On 03/17/04 I call Guaritt (the person I was to contact if I had any questions) When I confronted him with these question he said that he would have the manager call me. That never happened and the weekend came. On 03/22/04 we had to go to Wichita, Ks. And got back on the morning of 03/26/04. I downloaded my accounts Quicken, Discover, ect., and seen that the charges where back on my credit card.
So I call Discover up and was told I would have to call the business up and talk to them. So I did, and got a hold of the secretary who told me there was nobody that could come to the phone (that they were all busy) and she would have someone call me back, but I kept insisting on talking to someone at that point. After being on the telephone with her about 5-10 min. She got the manager on the phone.
He told me since he had to reversed the changes back to my account that I would have to pay and the advertising was working which to this date I don't see. And since I canceled and he had to reverse the charges back, they were not gone to help in the advertising of the business. His words were, What! You expect me to help you now? And that I was interrupting a meeting he was having with 12 other people and was not will to answer any questions or to come to any agreement. That was the purpose of my investment to receive the help I needed on this internet business.
I asked him then to send me an email with the control panel locations of the affiliates I had deleted from my computer after disputing the charges. I also call Guaritt up and he told me that they had taken the files away from him, that he was no longer assigned to help me advertise my website, he said at that time that he was busy and he would call me back. Neither one has called me back!!! Although I have found all but one of the affiliates control panels, they are the same as day one.
