We found that CCBill.com has charged $123.52 to my credit card number, using my husband's name and an email address of to access a porn site:
The customer reps were rude, insisting that since they had our security code, the charges were made by my husband and he set up the account. They refused to refund us. We canceled our credit card, notified our creditors, filed a complaint with the FTC, the Better Business Bureau of AZ and filed a complaint with our credit card company. Further calls to CCBill.com were just as pointless.
They are the most rude customer reps we have ever dealt with. We will not give up on this matter since they are committing fraud and identity theft. Whoever this [email protected] is, I hope they rot in hell.
