Ripoff They billed my credit card but used a different name on account

I have been recieving on my bank statments they have been withdrawing $39.95 a month. At first I thought it was me purchacing something out of town, then I looked into it more and it was this company doing it. I called them and got a foreign guy you can't understand and gives you the run around, I even had my banker call them. They are debiting my account each month but using someone eles name. After I went to the bank I found out this has been going on for 10 months.
