DowntownHost web hosting - would not return funds sent for prepaid services. I have been a customer for over 7 years, and they owe me for 26 months. I exchanged many messages via their Support, and eventually they agreed to send me half, but never did. They claim they cannot use U.S. mail to return it, cannot issue a check or buy a money order, and apparently they will not issue a credit to my credit card. Anyone renewing with this company should choose the minimum term to protect themselves from losing big prepaid amounts.
