I have bought a product from this company for the first time (and last), they have sent a used item with piss-poor repackaged with duct tape. I email them back to let them know (not to return or get money back) The guy behind customer service desk was furious. He said my email was sent to security department for fraud. He also bullying and harassed me over 20 emails within 3 hours. He told me he would post my personal info. Online, notify all my neighbors what I have bought. This guy is mentally ill. STAY AWAY from this website and company.
