I signed up for the $1.99 three day trial, too. But, I was charged $3. I quickly learned it didn't offer what I was led to believe. Still, within the three day period, I have sent several e-mails, but I get no response. Are these people or poorly managed? It didn't take them long to take my money in the first place.
