I bought two laptops from this person on his ebay store this past summer. I have never received them even to this date. I've been in contact, but lately they won't return my calls. They have an actual store in New Brunfels, Tx. Called "The Family Exchange" that I have called as well. I keep getting the same story from their employee that she will tell them that I'm trying to get in contact with them.
I've had no luck lately contacting them or getting my money back.
