I moved six months ago and recently realized that DISH has continued to charge my credit card. I called to inquire and they said that while they do have record of my call, I did not talk to a "loyalty" representative and that is why it was not cancelled. They did come and take the DISH off of my house when I originally called 6 months ago. I was instructed to write to them to request my refund of $333.57!!! But looking on the internet looks like I have very little chance of recovering the funds. Is there no recourse?!
