On 8-26-13, I won an ipad retina 16g / I paid for the item and the Zbiddy home page says that, all items won, will be shipped out in 7-10 business days. Well today is 10-18-13 / almost 8 weeks since I won the Ipad Auction and still have not received my Ipad. I have called, and called, and called, and I believe the phone gets answered by people in the phillipeans, because I can not understand what they are saying to me. But what they continue to say is that they will follow-up with the shipping department and I will get an e-mail in3-5 business days - Ummmm, two (2) months have almost gone by and I have received not contact from Zbiddy. I Contact the Zbiddy customer service center Via.internet chat and chat with ladies by the name of Linda, Sharon, and Nancy - they tell me there is a issue with supply? If there is an issue with supplying me with my Ipad that was paid for almost 8 weeks ago, then why are they auctioning off another Ipad every day of the week? Right now as I type this complaint, there is an Ipad being Auctioned off, yet the one that I won on 8-26-13 has not been shipped to me because of issues with there supplyer? - then they can go down to the local Best Buy, Target, or Walmart and buy me one and ship it to me.
There is now issue with supply, there is an issue with Zbiddy and there company finance - 7-10 days, there website say, all winning items will be sent out - That Bull Shi...! They are misleading people, taking there money, and holding up there end of a business agreement. How the state of Florida can issue this company a business license, and let them operate like this is beyond me. I call weekly / e-mail Zbiddy weekly / internet chat with customer service almost ever other day and all I get is the run around. I have paid for my Ipad, have a receipt for the payment, it is listed on my order list (along with some gift cards / but that another story) and they will follow-up with the shipping department and I should receive " feedback" via e-mail in 3-5 days. Again - almost two months have gone by and I have not received my Ipad retina 16g. I have plans on contacting the Florida state Attorney generals office on Monday, 10-21-13 and file a formal complaint and let Zbiddy, Gilboa Merdinger, the owner of Zbiddy deal with the power of the government.
