Fake account using girlfriend's details, reported since 2012

A fake account was created over 1 year ago using my girlfriend's details. Since 2012 this has been reported to Facebook as a fake account, yet they have done nothing at all to date. I have included her fake profile and cell number in the details attached.

Can someone please assist? It seems like nobody is safe on Facebook.
