This is the worst one yet. I purchased an electric scooter from www.shopsuperstore.com online for my 11 year old cousin's Christmas gift. The scooter was late getting here. It had no assembly instructions and no product manual to learn about the scooter and how to operate or care for it. There were parts missing to the scooter. The company has a clever telephone answering system that will not let you access anyone directly. You must push buttons for this or that. When you do push the proper button an answering machine immediately says all representatives are busy. It then instructs you to leave a message and they will call you back. YEAH, SURE.
The only exception is button option # 1 for sales. It's amazing that when you opt for "sales" button # 1 they get you right on through to one of those "busy representatives". All the people I spoke with were foreigners that could not speak english very well. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone in management I was told very short and rudely "we don't have any". As a postal clerk of over 35 years and now retired I wonder just what kind of "fly by night outfit" they're running from a POST OFFICE BOX. Fradulent and questionable people usually operate out of a Post Office Box. I was disconnected twice and the third time the female I was trying to understand was VERY RUDE, HOSTILE AND HUNG UP ON ME. This "company's" website advertises items "AS SEEN ON T.V.".
I would urge EVERYONE TO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY to saveyourself the trouble and expense they have caused me. I was also told, rather rudely that there would be a 20% restocking fee if I returned this piece of junk. Plus, I have to pay shipping charges again. Do not do business with www.shopsuperstore.com
