I purchased Incredi mail premium package. It was not what I expected so I asked for a refund. It should be noted that there is a 14 day money back guaranteed clause.
Incredi mail refused to acknowledge this and has not responded to my inquiries as to when I can expect a refund. I keep receiving the following statement via e-mail (4 times within a week):

I've contacted the CEO of the company various department heads and it appears no one can read at Incredi mail because I'm not getting a response. It's going on day 8 and hopefully, they will acknowledge my 5th request.
