Netzero
Ripoff owed me a refund and refused to grant it constant problem with them from the beginning

Netzero has been a problem since the inception of my account-now they owe me a refund/credit which they deny and refuse to pay. All the telephone personnel are foreign which makes communication difficult at best.

My last contact was with carol who made my conversation very frustrating.

Netzero is very illusive and hard to deal with. They SUCK!!
