On line ordering from JCPenney making it harder for the custome

I had forgotten my password, so they gave me some references that I pursued over and over with no results. This was all to give me a new password. Again no results from these outlets. I have dealt with Penneys for years, which I'm sure they could pull my name up on their computers and find purchases I have made in the past and that I have been a good customer. Why are they making it hard on all customers in all catagories? It makes no sense.

Thanks, for letting me get this off my chest. I'm tired of searching.
