When I first found exactbags.com, I thougt it was a well presented and good site. Tthe bags looked really real and I just wanted to order everything off it.
My mother decided to order a multi colour speedy and holdall for me. It said on the site that all orders take noo longer than 1- 2 weeks to arrive. So we waited for the bags.
After 2 weeks the bags had not arrived. During this time we had emailed them about 3 times to ask when it was coming and they said it would be coming any day now. 4 weeks rolled on and nothing and then on the 5th week it finally arrived.
The bags were great I loved them. They were excellent and looked really real. Although on the holdall there was a letter misprinted. Oon the 5th day the gold clasp on the speedy broke and really spoilt the bag as it was a main feature on the bag.
When I emailed exactbags about this they said that they couldn't really take them back but in the end said they would take the speedy back and send out another one when they got it.
They also said to make sure that it was the right bag and not someone elses bag as there would be trouble. Mme annd my mother were so shocked that they would say this. They also said that we eould have to pay the $50 postage and packing for them.
Sent item off and till this day have not received a thing till this day. And now the site has closed down. I have sent them about 50 emails since then and nothing.
I think it is so disgusting that bag companies can get away with this. I still would like a speedy but when I look on the sites such as progreesive styles, 7 star bags they look like the same kind of company and the pictures of the bags are fake so you don't know what you're getting. Iit has stopped from getting things from the internet especially fake bags. Bbetter to go to get the real thing.
