I recieved a bill from Premier Premium Communications that totaled $180.00 for 36 minutes of pay-per-view sites that I never went on. This phone number was from the United Kingdom at a rate of $5 per minute, and then said that my regular phone would be charged an addition $1.99 per minute. (I am waiting for that charge). Get this, I have no distance service at my home phone. I use the phone cards. Please help us get these people who give the internet a bad name.
