Continues to charge for a service that we no longer have or want Internet

Please help my girlfriend Mary get America Online Services to stop charging her for there services that she doesnt use or want. Please we do not know who to turn to. We have called them repeatedly, only to be treated rudely. All we are asking is for them to stop charging her for something she doesnt use or want. I have talked to them my self and they have told me that they show no use of there service for over a year. Aol then said they would cancel there service but so far continue to charge her. THank You for your time in regards to this matter.
