On January 27, I ordered the Internet Boost at a cost of $30.00 to improve my computer. Lo & behold I got disconnected. I did print all of my information and have a receipt. Bonzi said if this happens go to their support site. I did. I gave them all the info from my receipt and they were suppose to download the program in my E-Mail. Today is February 1st and I still have no download or E-Mail. The $30 charge on my credit card cleared January 30.
How do I avenge this and get my $30.00 back?
