The Jewish Directory, Yaakov Serle Advertising Took my $350. To reserve space in the upcoming edition of THE JEWISH DIRECTORY. That was in July!

My company paid $350.00 on 7/22/09 to reserve advertising space in the 2010 edition of "The Jewish Directory." To date after many phone calls and emails the directory hasn't materialized. I've been told on many occasions "the directory was sent to the printer, " "just a few more weeks, " "there are problems w / the company who is printing the directory, " "just two more weeks, " etc. BLAH, BLAH, BLAH! I would like a complete refund.
