Today, Saturday December the 4th I received a bill from Premier Premium Communications ($60.00) for a call to the UK, accessing their paid website. I never installed their software or agreed to use any of their paid websites. I do not have anybody on my household that would have used their software without my permission. I feel that they are running a scam. I am a Computer Engineer and I know how to use a computer. I repeat, I NEVER used their services.
