Bad Business Practice

After attempting to sign up with the service, my credit card was declined. I tried a different credit card and that was also declined. I contacted the bank that both cards were drawn on and they stated that the charges were approved. I verified this with my online statement. When I called the number for billing listed on their website, I received a bunch of doubletalk.

When I tried to email them, my emails were bounced stating that my entire domain was blocked. I attempted to email the person listed as sales and received an automated response that he was no longer with the company. I clicked the link it sent me to and that email was bounced as containing an invalid character.

It appears that this company is in the business of ripping people off. Further a check with the BBB after the fact also showed an unsatisfactory record due to failure to respond to complaints. BBB indicated that the Principle holder of the company is Joseph Koutz. Should these issues not be solved in a timely manner, I will consider filing criminal charges against paltalk and Mr. Koutz for fraud.
