I am a college student in a multimedia class. I have HD videos to download, edit, then upload... The slow DSL just isn't doing it. I've tried to get uverse, and we can only get the basic plan through that too. I had AT&T cellular service, but I could only get 3g. I now have sprint's 4g LTE. It's unlimitetd, but still gets slow after 10gb of usage. I have tried time after time to get a faster speed, but no one can help me. I am getting really tired of dealing with this company. I am going to fail out of college if they don't step up their game. I live 1/2 mile from a major road in my area. I know they can get it at my house, there just to fucking lazy! I've talked to managers every day. I call this place up to 3 times per day. I do not plan to stop calling until action is taken. I've tried to find the central office, so I could drive there and raise hell about this, but no help to me, the rep on the phone wouldn't locate it for me.
