This is a company who charges your credit card with orders that you have not placed. They do not have good business practices at all. The customer service department is a computer generated form letter that tells you to read the fine print next time. It is too bad you didnt in the first place.
However, if you did not place the order then you did not see the fine print and since you did not get any product either you should not be paying for something that is a rip off like this.
