I signed up for internet service for a year, I paid a whole year upfront which was $234 and the connection charge which i think was $35, I was gone for 6 months, my daughter had a baby and my other daughter had an emergency hysterectomy so I never even thought about this because I only signed up for a year, I did not sign up for another year and they are trying to charge me for 2 months and that is half the amount i paid for the whole year of service I paid for, they have now sent this to collections and I refuse to pay this because when i first called them about this the lady I spoke with said they would take this off my bill and I would not have to worry about this again, It has been 3 months now and I am still getting collection notices from them and when i called again to get this cleared up I was told them could not take this off my bill, I said bull crap, I will get an attorney before I pay this bill, I found out they have a class action law suit for doing this same thing to other people as well, and I have filed with that as well, These people are the rudest people I have ever talked to and someone needs to get this company closed down for their unethical practices. I will not ever get service with company ever again and I mean ever again...
