Ripoff did not send 12 music CDs Web Services internet

I ordered 12 musics CDs from Hang Viet on Nov 02 for $48.00.

I paid thru Paypal Company. Paypal sent me a confirmation and got money on Nov 03.

I waited to receive th CDs but they never come. I e-mailed to Hang Viet (its e-mail address is: [email protected] and [email protected] three times but they ignored) I also e-mailed to Paypal ([email protected]) but no answers.
