We have spent two days attempting to get an issue with Paypal cleared up!
They entered a wrong payment method for us using an old checking account instead of our debit card. Therefore, not only will our product not arrive in a timely manner, but the seller will receive old information that will not allow a transaction!
Call paypal and have them delete the old info and process the new? Seems simple enough right? HA HA HA!
Pay Pal has TERRIBLE customer service! I have been on the phone off and on for two days without having our questions answered or finding a solution to the problem. If you think asking for a manager is the solution, wrong again. They will put you on hold until you hang up after 30 minutes!!!
NEVER ever again will I purchase through paypal!!
