I ordered a Lateral Thigh Trainer from Great Buys Network because they had a good price for it and they promised to ship it by FedEx Ground "within 1-2 business days". Well, three weeks and multiple attempts to contact their so-called "Customer Service" department later, I have yet to receive the product or hear back from them regarding my purchase. They only thing quick about them is that they were quick to take my money. If anyone has any suggestions about how to get my money back I would appreciate it.
