Ripoffed me off on Ebay for $45.00. I won item and never heard from him again. It happened to 4 other people also Ripoff Internet

I won an item on ebay that he was selling and never got it. I emailed him repeatedly with no answer. I looked in his reviews and he did the same thing to 3 othe people.
