Fradulent Billing and Dishonesty ripoff

I have been using the AOL free trial and discovered that they had been taking money out of my account when I looked at my statement. I contacted them immediately and they told me they had done no such thing and I was mistaken. So, I called the bank and they verified that it was indeed AOL taking the money out (almost $60 which made us go into overdraft and cost us another $28).

I have been trying to remedy this problem for three days now and still have not recovered my money or even had someone admit that they had taken it! I faxed them statement and they still claim they haven't taken my money! My bank told me AOL does this all the time and they get calls every day about them taking money out of people's accounts fradulently.

I wanted to warn all others to think twice before you do ANYTHING with AOL. I have lost a total of $75.80 and am not able to pay my bills on time this month. Also wasted LOTS of time getting the run around from their consultants.
