I received a bill for 225.00 from this company. Supposedly a web cam was downloaded on my computer at 8 am on a Monday. Both members in this household work a full time job and were not on the internet at this time.
There is no possible way these charges are correct. I have e-mailed this company three times so far stating that I will not be paying these fraudulant charges, none have been answered so far.
I am filing a complaint with the BBC, and would appreciate any information about a lawsuit involving this company. This is unbelievable and they need to pay for what they are doing.
