When I renewed my subscription in Jan. it included access to family trees that people like me uploaded to Ancestry.com and was free to everybody.
I wanted to get some information recently from the one I had uploaded, and found out that I would have to buy another subscription to access it. I can't see how that is even legal!
Thousands of individuals such as myself uploaded our research data that we spent long hours collecting and now we're asked to "buy it back". We were told that we would be helping other researchers, not filling Ancestry's pockets!
