Michele Sobczak posted an advertisement to purchase a Time To Celebrate consultant kit on a yahoo group site. I emailed with her several times and decided to purchase her kit. She supposedly signed up as a consultant and then changed her mind. I was also a new consultant with Time To Celebrate and wanted to add these items to my kit. She said that she was selling at such as good price because she needed to clear out the boxes since she was moving. I paid $75 through paypal on August 27. Below is the transaction report.

When the box did not arrive within a week, I emailed her to see what was going on. She promised to check with the post office that week and let me know. She was suppose to have paid insurance on the boxes and could track the shipment. She made sure to keep stringing me along for the 30 days that PayPal will do a refund. Below is an email from Michele on Sept 15.
Hi Shannon,
According to the post office you should have then no later then Saturday! So if we go by what the post office says it will be Monday LOL! Let me know as soon as you get them there are 2 boxes as I could not find a box big enough to fit both of the kits!

After I did not receive the boxes when stated in her above email, I have not received any further responses from Michele. I did file a report with PayPal but since it was past the 30 days, I was unable to request a refund.
Please be extremely cautious when dealing with this person. I have now lost $75!
