On Nov 25, I got an email to get a product for free if I signed up for another product 14 day trial. I looked at the products and decided that it was not something that I would like to continue. I sent 2 email responses to their support desk and received no response. I clearly stated that I wanted to cancel the 14 day trial.
I then started calling their toll free number, leaving messages about cancelling the trial. Their voice mail said they would get back to me in 24 hours. Noone called me back. This morning, I received an email that my continuity charge had been taken from my card. These people are fraudulently charging people's accounts. I am still getting emails about this service.
