My 86 year old father received a bill in the mail for internet access to a "pay-per-view" website. He doesn't know how to turn a computer on! I tried to call the 800 number... Always busy. Something doesn't ring true with the website, alot of mis-spellings, no other reference on the internet. Found this site by putting in the LD number that was associated with the supposed service.
