I recieved a billing for Premier Premium Communications for a 4 min call to untd kingd which cost $20.00. They used my phone number to access for billing. I don't know this Company. I keep record of website I have been on this was not one of them. They say that it is for an entertainment charge. Sorry I didn't get any entertainment on 11/23. I would to know who the go between is for this Company there has to be a link or someone supporting this illegal process. As consumers we need to shut them down know.
