Been complainting for months that the internet is horrible and they come say is fixed when in fact it isnt paying so much money for what i think if we pay so much we should have reliable service i reliable on the internet since im homebound due to illness and i wish i could get a different provider but i dont think any other service is available. They take our money yet their service is the worst i wish i never moved to queens at least cablevision was never a problem
